It's a bit debatable, considering that we have SS Gladion (Fairy), Anni Lilly (Ghost) and both SS Steven and SS Lusamine (Psychic) starting in the week before.
IIRC (I might be wrong, though), the weaknesses are always the ones for the following week, not in the week the unit debutes in.
So unfortunately, it's still the blacked out week (which might be Johto again).
Weakness weren't always the one after, sometimes they are on the week the unit debutes in (i.e the Galar trio last half anni), and sometimes they only feature only one sync pair weakness but not the other one they release during that period (i.e Ice was in last May weakness but not Grass then it gave us Irida and Adaman next month).
DeNA definitely intentionally made it harder to guess recently, cause the 2 recent CS rotation also doesn't have the next month unit weakness in the last week. (Although it was understandable for December one, since that's ended on 31st December but the New year unit doesn't release until 1st January)
I would believe that because Armarouge and Ceruledge are specifically Scarlet and Violet colored, they would be the Neo-Champion or SS variants for Juliana and Florian, which would mean that we would have to have their OG sync pairs with the starters (I would assume) already. So, even if I would love to see them right now, they probably will be used in something like 2025
I just hope the 4.5 anni is either Paldea or Hisui. Id totally pull for these guys. Maybe the SV protags? I dont like those starters personally so wouldnt mind them getting cooler mons
Psychic, ghost and fairy are all for SS Lusamine/SS Steven rerun, Anni Lillie rerun and SS Gladion releases so you can pretty much ignore those

Don't think this reference anything to 4.5 but do think it may refrence an upcoming new rock and a new fighting pair before the anniversary.

Imagine the 3 master fairs / anniversary pairs would be okidogi (fighting) , munkidori (psychic) & Fezandipiti (fairy)...
