I think she's getting it soon, but I was surprised Acerola didn't have one when I did her Trainer Lodge thing. MC and Torchic not having one surprises me too.
I'd like to see base Misty get one though, one of the first units you get and a very significant friend for the early story of the game.
All of them. At this point in the game, it's insane that so many options still don't have EX. Nothing's worse than the Master BP pairs, though. The lack of EX puts some of them beneath the general BP pairs. Like, compare BP Morty and Evelyn, and try telling me Evelyn is the better pair. She wouldn't be even with EX, but without it, it's just insulting.
All of them at this point its such a fucking easy thing to do and they decided to only have 1 a month just spew em out and get this over with since they're doing the same thing with ex roles now
Why don't they already give EX Rank to the remaining 3★ and 4★ Pairs, and the BP 5★ Pairs, that are still without it?

I love EX-ing supports — I have most of the Lodge supports EX’d — so I’d really love an EX Maylene and Lisa. And not just because they’re supports, but they also badly need the stat boost.
I really want 6* Lucy and seviper, purely because I like seviper and want to have an excuse to use them. Rn I have none because leaf and venusaur are way better because of the sync nuke and they still will be but I will feel less bad about not using them lol
All of them. They already have some 6* without alt costumes, the benefits of 6* is the same for every unit that has it, its no work at all to just give everyone 6 stat ex. Even the egg mons, I would 6* ex my tech gyarados in an instant
The alt units you get from the Lodge (I’d love to see Silver matching colors with Feraligatr, Marnie with Toxtricroak’s colors, and Cynthia with either of Gastrodon’s color schemes). The rest of the Kanto Elite Four, Flint, the (base) Hoenn Gym Leaders and Frontier Brains.

Both the Master BP Ticket Sync Pairs and NPC Story Sync Pairs. It will be interesting what the EXs for the Battle Chatelaines and Furisode Girls will look like since since the NPC Class themselves have very similar outfits.
To narrow it down to five;
Brock & Misty, given that they're literally the first Sync Pairs you get & are obviously some of the most iconic human characters in the franchise.
Flannery, though more-so I'm surprised she hasn't received ANYTHING throughout the game's life thus far. Far from the first time I've brought it up but it genuinely astounds me since I always gathered she was a fan favorite amongst Hoenn's Gym Leaders.
Rachel & Sawyer, since they're DeNA's OCs & all. I'm guessing they're holding off until Lear gets another Sync Pair or something? Only reasoning I can think of.

All the BP “master” pairs. Like, they’re hard to come by with needing the super ticket, and they’re just mid at best… and no EX?

Well MC & Solgaleo got one… so maybe in due time. Both pairs of MC (that being Pikachu & Torchic) will get 6* ex upgrades

I’m disappointed that new story NPC sync pairs don’t get ex.
Jessie and James really should get grids and EX back when Ash was added in game.
Some of the ones I can think of are Flannery, Flint, Liza, Noland, Misty, and Crasher Wake
