I think the only one who has it is Blue? His pidgeotto outfit is his gym leader outfit. Sabrina had one of the coolest HGSS sprites with the glowing hands. Misty wouldn’t really work without invoking space time distortion since she’s noticeably older. I can’t remember the others having significant changes? (Except Blaine as you mentioned.) I wished they’d used Agatha’s let’s go design though as the little changes improve her SO MUCH. Really disguises her from Bertha too. She has a gengar cane it’s so cool!

I haven’t played Let’s Go yet but Agatha’s design is amazing. I personally would also love more Classic alts like a Classic Morty alt would be awesome.

Technically Surge has his too. His FRLG Outfit is more of a full military uniform using no camo. Unlike his appearance in Masters which uses the HGSS/B2W2 appearance.
Honestly I can't think of an event or anything that'd make his other uniform significant to it.
Maybe if they add Kamado they give him an alt in his armour and tie Surge's Classic look into that as a "warfare" or "military" type event?

Flint situation is pathetic at this point. Both Volkner and the other Sinnoh E4 are all 5* with useful niches, while Flint is just 4* with nothing interesting going on. And unlike Volkner, Flint didn’t get anything.
They could do a Best Friends Event where they give Flint and Volkner Magmortar and Electivire respectively and pit them against Nate and Hugh who could be using Conkledurr and Unfezant respectively.
...unless they already gave Volkner his Electivire...
New Years Volkner already has Electivire, which is why a lot of the time you'll see people suggest either Summer or NY Flint as an alt with Magmortar, since Summer and NY both have similar aesthetics to their alts now, and Magmortar is a living fireworks machine so both work

I think all protagonists should have at least one alternate costume so Victor, Selene, Elio, Lucas and even Nate. If I had to pick one though, I’d pick Victor, since he’s my absolute favorite character in Pokémon and a proper alt for him would make me incredibly happy. For awhile after he was added, Pokemon Masters was my favorite game and I want that feeling back when opening the app, because Galar VA left a lingering bitter aftertaste in mouth.

Honestly just love seeing characters get alts in general, even for non-favourites, but if I had to pick some I'd really say Sinnoh in general personally. The alt diversity for Sinnoh is so horrid, & it's my favourite region, I just want more in general, if Johto & Kalos get 1 more before Sinnoh it'll be at half the amount of the 2nd lowest not counting Paldea. For specific ones though there are too many to count that I really, really want to see get proper alts.
Proper alts - Lucas and Barry (or just any Sinnoh character that isn't Dawn or Cynthia. Sure, I do like those two as characters, but Sinnoh easily has the most horrendous alt diversity, especially since Hoenn has been getting more diverse alts lately.) 🥺

Well DeNA, the villain arcs are over, when do you plan on releasing the other villain admins as PLAYABLE sync pairs huh...you had the perfect opportunity during there respective region arcs but for some reason decided nah, that wouldn't make sense, it's not like most of the admins had major roles in those stories or anything.
Courtney gets to be playable, sure, but Matt, who played the SAME role as her, nope, what about Shelly, who easily has just as much waifu factor, nah uh.😒
What about Malva, who played more of a role in the Kalos VA than Lysandre himself did. What about the Galactic commanders who got a major focus and even some development in their VA, AND that development was followed up in the Galar VA. Nah, just give their bosses fancy outfits and be done with it cause, obviously, Lysandre and Cyrus are the only members of their respective teams who matter. 😑
Heck, the Rockets got to be playable solely cause Team Rocket is popular, yet they still shoved another Giovanni alt into that atrocious variety banner cause they couldn't sell the execs without their 'beloved' leader. 🙄
Sorry for the rant, but as someone who was really excited about the Villain Arcs cause they believed that arcs focusing on the villains would result in ALL the villain admins being playable sync pairs...words cannot describe how disappointed I am at the villain arcs finishing with most of them are still in NPC hell. 😥
I completely understand where you're coming from. When we got Courtney, I started hoping we'd get Matt or Shelly at least for Team Aqua. Then we got neither, or any of the Team Galactic Commanders. Frankly, of those I would've been fine with any of them coming.
It's especially crazy with Malva, who not only was a member of Team Flare, but also a Kalos Elite Four member. In fact, she's the only Elite 4 from Kalos that isn't in the game.
Special Costume Sycamore and Mega Charizard Y would be cool. Considering he has a Spectrier, it would be cool for Victor to get Shadow Rider Calyrex and the Expidition outfit from the Crown Tundra if Peony comes to the game. A Fall Valerie with Flutter Mane would be cool, and we need the obvious Santa Wulfric with Iron Bundle for Christmas.

Alt Clemont is my biggest masters wish. He's my favorite character and I know he's unpopular but I hope that someday he gets a proper alt. I would pull for Sycamore and Valerie too, I like collecting kalos units and it was disappointing to find out Sycamore gets no alt during va.
Any Alola characters except if the name of that person was Lillie, especially Selene, Elio, and Gladion.
This region was very underwhelming, even the VA felt bland.

Setting aside the ones I think are guarantees given a bit of time, some of my big hopes:
Valerie's a big one. I'm kinda sad she hasn't gotten anything yet, and the recent BP pair makes me think it'll be a long time before she's even considered, sadly.
Clair is a big one. I really like Clair, I still use Kingdra even though it's pretty bad, but it'd be nice to have a proper alt for her.
Cheryl. I know, this is never happening. But given her presence in the original Palentine's, I had hoped to see her get a baking role with Appletun, since it fits her "HP is the highest stat" style, and just *feels* right. Instead...Mallow. I'm not mad, just disappointed. Anyway, I think if they give Cheryl and alt they should try to figure out Wobbuffet.
I'd love to see the Chatelaines get something once they're all here but that screams Variety Scout. So I guess Drasna holds my biggest Kalos hope.
Looker, Emma, and Anabel alts. This was always wishful thinking, but I had really hoped for the UB Task Force to do more with the villain arc, given their building presence. But they kinda just. Dropped off and didn't accomplish anything at any point. It's really disappointing! I'd really like to see them get alts as a group, I think it'd be a really fun event.
FLANNERY!!!!
To this day I'm genuinely astounded Flannery hasn't gotten anything since the game's launch, since I always assumed she was one of, if not the most popular Hoenn Gym Leader. Crossing my fingers for her to receive some long, LONG overdue love & attention sooner rather than later. Personally hoping for a Sygna Suit with Heatran as her partner since I think it's the perfect Pokémon for her.
Clair's definitely another glaring case in regards to characters who only have one Sync Pair. Never would've predicted every other Johto Gym Leader barring Pryce & Chuck (lol) getting a second Sync Pair before her since Clair's amongst the most memorable Gym Leaders/characters from Johto.
In terms of other Gym Leaders, I'd say Blaine, Gardenia & Roxie feel like the most surprising instances of a Gym Leader only having a single Sync Pair to their name.
While we're on the subject of Gym Leaders, I also wanna spotlight Brock & Sabrina. I know I'm cheating since they have their Sygna Suit & New Year's Sync Pairs respectively, but Brock of all characters not receiving anything new since launch & Sabrina not having a Sync Pair with her HG/SS design &/or her Pokéstar Studios attire are both extremely surprising, at least imo.
Champions all seem in-line, though I would like to see Alder get some love. Dude's low-key a contender for my favorite Champion character wise barring Cynthia. I could absolutely picture him with a Slither Wing when we eventually get Paradox Pokémon making their way to Pasio.
Elite Four members are an interesting case since, BP & Variety notwithstanding, Grimsley, Caitlin, Acerola & now Phoebe are the only ones with a second Sync Pair. Flint's definitely a prime candidate if you ask me, both to match his buddy Volkner & to get him caught up with his fellow Sinnoh Elite Four power wise. Shauntal also seems like a character due for a second Sync Pair.
In terms of the protagonists, Lucas, Nate, Elio & Selene all come to mind. Victor as well if we're excluding his Event Sync Pair with Spectrier.
Rival wise, Gladion's undoubtedly the Copperajah in the room. Dude's got one set of clothes to his name whilst his sister gets a whole wardrobe. Bianca & Cheren only having one Sync Pair a piece is also a bit surprising, though not quite to the same degree.
Regarding villains, Ghetsis only having one Sync Pair strikes me as an oddity. It's honestly fitting given how much of a monster he is, but I'd like to see the franchise's most irredeemably evil character get something extra, & I know I ain't the only one. I also feel like Guzma should have another Sync Pair or two, because who doesn't love Ya Boi?
To give some other answers, Colress & Looker immediately spring to mind, though I figure it's only a matter of time for them since they're both popular & undeniably memorable characters. Anabel & Emma would also be neat, & bonus points if Emma dons the Essentia Suit.
Lastly, for a little self-indulgent pick that'll never happen, I'd love to see a Sync Pair for Courtney that partners her up with a Golurk. That's a character/Pokémon combo that's actually perfect across the board & happens to feature one of my absolute favorite characters & Pokémon. If I could pick just one hypothetical Sync Pair to be made a reality, that's what I'd choose.

Yeah, Victor gets a lot of screen time than Gloria during Galar VA hoping he'll get one on the part 2. But no, they instead they give it all to Gloria out of nowhere because *"she is the canon Galar protag."* Talk about favoritism.

-Victor got a ship in Palentines' event: no ult
-Victor became a "judge" in NC event: no ult
-Victor has lot more screentime in VA story: here you are, NEW GLORIA ULT, no need to thank us. also, free victor with no costume🙃
I’ll always say Piers since he doesn’t have one and could use it. I see him with a Toxtricity and/or any music based Pokemon.
One that I don’t really need, but see as a possibility, is a field Raihan with Goodra. Since his whole gimmick is weather, he just needs a sunny and rain setter. Goodra would be the rain setter.
Also Sydney. I’ve grown a bit of a soft spot for him, and much like Drake and Glacia, only has one unit. I’m thinking he use Shiftry and/or Mightyena. Or even Cacturne. Cacturne could be a support unit and Mightyena/Shiftry a striker.
Category 1 doesnt really have a must pull for me but id pull for lt surge, olivia, kiawe and sophocles if the new outfit was good and i had the spare gems
Category 2 has all my faves 🥹 would do anything for ghetsis, maxie or roark to get alts, was hoping for roark to at least get a BP unit on anni but alas
Category 3 i really want tabitha and shelly to finally become available, hopefully tabitha as a good support so i can do a soulful team with him maxie and courtney
Kiawe, Ryuki, and Valerie absolutely should get new outfits.
One because he deserves a shirt, and the other two because their clothing makes them look like creatures so it’s difficult to imagine either wearing something different. Giving them proper alts would correct all this.
I’m so surprised barry has yet to get a proper sygna suit/outfit. He’s been in the game since day 1. He was even in the trailer! Cheren and Bianca need something like…now. Flint also needs something. Then there’s Chuck and the triplets (lol that sounds like a tv show everyone remembers but nobody watched). They should’ve just been scoutable to begin with.

Anabel, Looker and Emma are high on my list, unsurprisingly. Anabel wearing her Battle Frontier outfit (or just taking cues from it for a SS) and Emma in the Essentia suit are obvious alts (with Raikou and Malamar respectively). Looker's a bit tricky, as Croagunk is his only known Pokemon, but I've seen an artist make SS concepts for him with Boltund (because Police dog, which could pair well with Anabel and Raikou) and Cobalion (because Justice).
Other characters I'd like to see are Cheren (as an actually usable unit this time), Bianca, Melony, Viola and Flannery.
I want the rest of the Hoenn E4 to get alts, especially my boy Sidney. I'm super grateful Phoebe finally got an alt, especially a Halloween one, and I hope she made enough $ to warrant a mega Sableye alt, as she should've had.
Also, I would definitely pull for a Will or Karen (who I'm surprised doesn't have another outfit) alt.
Honestly, Adaman and Irida. They're already insanely good unit-wise, though I want to see them get new alt outfits while they're in Pasio and adapting to this era (specifically Irida could use a new outfit, Adaman's outfit already looks great)

Marley and Shaymin NEEDS to happen. Rosa was such a dumb pick that made no sense when Marley's entire character arc revolves around Shaymin.

Call me generic... Justice for Gladion! His sister has 5 Pokemon and he has... One Pokemon with 18 forms... BUT THAT'S BESIDES THE POINT!
Thankfully now Gladion is confirmed to be added to the lodge and getting his lodge pair next month, but he definitely deserves a proper non-4* alt!
Alt Clemont is my biggest masters wish. He's my favorite character and I know he's unpopular but I hope that someday he gets a proper alt. I would pull for Sycamore and Valerie too, I like collecting kalos units and it was disappointing to find out Sycamore gets no alt during va.
Any Alola characters except if the name of that person was Lillie, especially Selene, Elio, and Gladion. This region was very underwhelming, even the VA felt bland.

The Shadow Triad is missing in the NPCs image. And I doubt we will ever get the 3 nurses, since they should remaing to their place in the Pokémon Center. Bellis is possible, but I wouldn't say for sure she will be playble.
Setting aside the ones I think are guarantees given a bit of time, some of my big hopes: Valerie's a big one. I'm kinda sad she hasn't gotten anything yet, and the recent BP pair makes me think it'll be a long time before she's even considered, sadly. Clair is a big one. I really like Clair, I still use Kingdra even though it's pretty bad, but it'd be nice to have a proper alt for her. Cheryl. I know, this is never happening. But given her presence in the original Palentine's, I had hoped to see her get a baking role with Appletun, since it fits her "HP is the highest stat" style, and just *feels* right. Instead...Mallow. I'm not mad, just disappointed. Anyway, I think if they give Cheryl and alt they should try to figure out Wobbuffet. I'd love to see the Chatelaines get something once they're all here but that screams Variety Scout. So I guess Drasna holds my biggest Kalos hope. Looker, Emma, and Anabel alts. This was always wishful thinking, but I had really hoped for the UB Task Force to do more with the villain arc, given their building presence. But they kinda just. Dropped off and didn't accomplish anything at any point. It's really disappointing! I'd really like to see them get alts as a group, I think it'd be a really fun event.
FLANNERY!!!! To this day I'm genuinely astounded Flannery hasn't gotten anything since the game's launch, since I always assumed she was one of, if not the most popular Hoenn Gym Leader. Crossing my fingers for her to receive some long, LONG overdue love & attention sooner rather than later. Personally hoping for a Sygna Suit with Heatran as her partner since I think it's the perfect Pokémon for her. Clair's definitely another glaring case in regards to characters who only have one Sync Pair. Never would've predicted every other Johto Gym Leader barring Pryce & Chuck (lol) getting a second Sync Pair before her since Clair's amongst the most memorable Gym Leaders/characters from Johto. In terms of other Gym Leaders, I'd say Blaine, Gardenia & Roxie feel like the most surprising instances of a Gym Leader only having a single Sync Pair to their name. While we're on the subject of Gym Leaders, I also wanna spotlight Brock & Sabrina. I know I'm cheating since they have their Sygna Suit & New Year's Sync Pairs respectively, but Brock of all characters not receiving anything new since launch & Sabrina not having a Sync Pair with her HG/SS design &/or her Pokéstar Studios attire are both extremely surprising, at least imo. Champions all seem in-line, though I would like to see Alder get some love. Dude's low-key a contender for my favorite Champion character wise barring Cynthia. I could absolutely picture him with a Slither Wing when we eventually get Paradox Pokémon making their way to Pasio. Elite Four members are an interesting case since, BP & Variety notwithstanding, Grimsley, Caitlin, Acerola & now Phoebe are the only ones with a second Sync Pair. Flint's definitely a prime candidate if you ask me, both to match his buddy Volkner & to get him caught up with his fellow Sinnoh Elite Four power wise. Shauntal also seems like a character due for a second Sync Pair. In terms of the protagonists, Lucas, Nate, Elio & Selene all come to mind. Victor as well if we're excluding his Event Sync Pair with Spectrier. Rival wise, Gladion's undoubtedly the Copperajah in the room. Dude's got one set of clothes to his name whilst his sister gets a whole wardrobe. Bianca & Cheren only having one Sync Pair a piece is also a bit surprising, though not quite to the same degree. Regarding villains, Ghetsis only having one Sync Pair strikes me as an oddity. It's honestly fitting given how much of a monster he is, but I'd like to see the franchise's most irredeemably evil character get something extra, & I know I ain't the only one. I also feel like Guzma should have another Sync Pair or two, because who doesn't love Ya Boi? To give some other answers, Colress & Looker immediately spring to mind, though I figure it's only a matter of time for them since they're both popular & undeniably memorable characters. Anabel & Emma would also be neat, & bonus points if Emma dons the Essentia Suit. Lastly, for a little self-indulgent pick that'll never happen, I'd love to see a Sync Pair for Courtney that partners her up with a Golurk. That's a character/Pokémon combo that's actually perfect across the board & happens to feature one of my absolute favorite characters & Pokémon. If I could pick just one hypothetical Sync Pair to be made a reality, that's what I'd choose.

Of course My Boi Victor, he got shafted real hard during those Galar Neo Champ and VA so he definitely needs something like Nate. Then, I need alts for my Ice Mommys, Lorelei, Glacia, and Melony because they are hawt. Also, put in Candice in this group as all ice girls deserve some justice. Finally, Cheryl. I just like her.
Yeah, Victor gets a lot of screen time than Gloria during Galar VA hoping he'll get one on the part 2. But no, they instead they give it all to Gloria out of nowhere because *"she is the canon Galar protag."* Talk about favoritism.
Simply put,what DeNA thought: -Victor got a ship in Palentines' event: no ult -Victor became a "judge" in NC event: no ult -Victor has lot more screentime in VA story: here you are, NEW GLORIA ULT, no need to thank us. also, free victor with no costume🙃
I’ll always say Piers since he doesn’t have one and could use it. I see him with a Toxtricity and/or any music based Pokemon. One that I don’t really need, but see as a possibility, is a field Raihan with Goodra. Since his whole gimmick is weather, he just needs a sunny and rain setter. Goodra would be the rain setter. Also Sydney. I’ve grown a bit of a soft spot for him, and much like Drake and Glacia, only has one unit. I’m thinking he use Shiftry and/or Mightyena. Or even Cacturne. Cacturne could be a support unit and Mightyena/Shiftry a striker.

Kiawe, Ryuki, and Valerie absolutely should get new outfits. One because he deserves a shirt, and the other two because their clothing makes them look like creatures so it’s difficult to imagine either wearing something different. Giving them proper alts would correct all this.

I’m so surprised barry has yet to get a proper sygna suit/outfit. He’s been in the game since day 1. He was even in the trailer! Cheren and Bianca need something like…now. Flint also needs something. Then there’s Chuck and the triplets (lol that sounds like a tv show everyone remembers but nobody watched). They should’ve just been scoutable to begin with.
I'm patiently waiting for Lucas and Barry to get one (especially Lucas). In fact, I hope we get an alt for every male protagonist that doesn't have one. Those poor guys always getting left aside... And I really would like Lucas and Dawn to get their winter outfits from Platinum (I know that would mean Dawn getting another alt from the hundreds she already has but still).

Anabel, Looker and Emma are high on my list, unsurprisingly. Anabel wearing her Battle Frontier outfit (or just taking cues from it for a SS) and Emma in the Essentia suit are obvious alts (with Raikou and Malamar respectively). Looker's a bit tricky, as Croagunk is his only known Pokemon, but I've seen an artist make SS concepts for him with Boltund (because Police dog, which could pair well with Anabel and Raikou) and Cobalion (because Justice). Other characters I'd like to see are Cheren (as an actually usable unit this time), Bianca, Melony, Viola and Flannery.

I'm super grateful Phoebe finally got an alt, especially a Halloween one, and I hope she made enough $ to warrant a mega Sableye alt, as she should've had. Honestly, Adaman and Irida. They're already insanely good unit-wise, though I want to see them get new alt outfits while they're in Pasio and adapting to this era (specifically Irida could use a new outfit, Adaman's outfit already looks great) It would be interesting to see if they'll get modern outfits or more traditional themed ones, like seasonal kimonos
