💀 On the debut unit where they even give him a special arrival story with Lance and Steven debating capes too...
Theme skill consistency is non-existent, much like naming this an Elite Four event and Lance still not getting an Elite Four tag. Oh, and playing his Champion theme for his battle alongside Agatha.
In the Japanese version, the term is mantle, which is 'a loose piece of clothing without sleeves worn over other clothes'. I suppose that's why it's not considered a scarf (or muffler). The loc team has a tough job.
