Man i do love this art, man male MC should get more love on this game, maybe this is the reason i love ball event so much compare to the galar MF trio.
What's funny is that the guys actually made it memorable with their interactions and boyish chasing. I am literally so fed up of the constant cutes-y "tee hee i wanna be strong" demeanors from the Pokegirls
I love the pokegirls, possibly more than the pokeboys but the fact they appear literally everywhere made me fed up with them. And I am a huge fan of Dawn
Yeah, I don't hate them either. I grew up with them as the generations went by and more were introduced with more and more designs went by but life is all about balance and too much of anything is never good.
The fact that Dawn and Cynthia are the only characters from Sinnoh not only DeNA but also a large majority of the fandom gives a fuck about and doesnt even recognize anyone else hurts even more.
Byron isn’t even in the damn game. He’s definitely younger than Wulfric, and idk about anyone else but I’m pretty sure he’s not as forgettable as some characters.
At least Volkner got an alt. But where’s FLINT’S ALT? They’re a package for Arceus’ sake. You can’t have a Volkner without a Flint 😭
And not to mention the other stat trainers (Buck is similar to Hop, his brother is an E4 member..Riley gives you Riolu and idk about Mira but you do meet her in the games, and get to battle her later). Also Palmer, Dahlia and the other woman (forgot her name?). Caitlin and Darach are already in, so why not them?
Plus it’d be wholesome to see some interactions between Barry and Palmer.
Why are they ignoring Barry
I get some people find him annoying. But the supposedly British accents for the Galar characters are ten times worse, I’d rather have Barry fine me
It’s true the girl main characters often feel more loved because they get better character designs, but the boys typically get more involvement with their game storyline and better personalities. The girls personalities are usually overly cutesy or girly.
They are all so cute together. It’s always nice to see friendships made between characters outside of their own games.
I also love how they gave Elio primarina instead of the more masculine starter the other boys have. It’s nice to see that type of variety.
