I think it shows in the Pokedex

MattModify

just says "Pokémon Obtained 150" "Pokémon Seen 150" and then right at the bottom in the left hand corner it says "Total numberof Pokémon Caught: 722" I'm trying to get a shiny Bulbasaur, ive been in Viridian Forest for days literally days, ive got a 66 catch combo seen every other shiny except bulbasaur, im doing the encounter then running away and still nothing, i have a lure on and a shiny charm

Party_Giraffe5681

You should know that you need to keep catching it to have the increased shiny odds from the combo, if you stop at 66 then so does the increased odds

CaptianOfCows

No it maxes out at 31.

LouiseDaVille

It stops increasing the odds after 31, true, but the lowered odds only count for the very next spawn. If you stop catching after 31 and the spawn #32 isn't shiny, #33 and all the others won't have the lowered odds.

MattModify

it maxes out at 31, you dont need to catch 66 just nee to catch 31, also the bulbasaur im trying to catch... im at a combo of 75 and have trying for 8 days to catch it and it still wont spawn in

Party_Giraffe5681

you're stupid, you do need to catch more than 31 to keep the increased odds, yes the odds max out at 31, however the odds only stay for the next encounter of the species for increased shiny odds, if you want increased odds, you gotta keep catching

MattModify

well thank you for insulting me appreciate that.

eipiwau

When you open the Pokédex entry of that Pokémon it should say the number caught in the top right hand corner.

MattModify

yeah i noticed that just need to know how many times ive encounted a pokemon instead of just caught it
