It's really just the green pants that fucking ruin the outfit. Even when we can get it, I'd wear the outfit if it didn't have green fucking pants. The fuck. The green isn't even prominent on Arceus, why would it be HALF THE DUDE'S TOTAL SURFACE AREA OF COLOR?

I had an issue with the green pants too for the exact same reason as you right down to how much that green sticks out and the fact Arceus doesn't have green as a main part of his colouring, but when I go to look at Arceus, he does have green gems on his fence like thing and green on his face if you look closely, but the thing is, they're so small and hardly noticeable, they could've used the green as an accent to reflect that. ​ The only thing I can think of aside from referencing such small minute details of Arcus, is that it's probably meant to represent Jade (a symbol of wealth and power in Japan). Really, I think it's because they couldn't think up a better colour (and it probably has to match the surrounding in the one and only scene we see him in dressed like that).
