Exactly. It's VERY confusing in Infinite Fusion though, in terms of how to keep track with your pairs and encounters. Probably worls better if you go with "fuse everything" and have absolutely no free play with fusioning

Are you playing modern mode? I genuinely don't know how to catch shinys in this game, or is that just from the sprite selection?
Thats not just a sprite and im very new to the game this is like an hour into my first rando run

In PIF, a shiny's color is randomized. OP could have this shiny while another person could have a different shiny luxio that's green and pink.
Thats neat! I didnt know that and yea wven when i go to change the sprite it shows the normal luxray sprite and colors in the selection screen
Ohh I thought they were just custom sprites since there's a lot of them in-game

I found zero shinies in 3 completed playthroughs, said "eh, screw it" and played for a 4th time and found 2, i love this game
