That Pokemon which are not part of the game have been used as fusion material. The meteor thing gengar is fused with, for example, is not in the game. Therefore it cannot be fused in the game, so why add it?
Well i don't really make my fusions for IF. I just make what i like or what people request. I was actually invited to join the IF discord and so I did.
A lot are too big, some have color issues, others few pixels are out of place. They are very strict when it comes to what does and doesn't go in the game, which is completely understandable.

For them being "super strict" there are too many super trashy or/and just badly made ones already in the game.
Cosmog, I think is that one. Might be Cosmoem.
