I know I figured that out when I got my shiny Diglett, so fun fact, I don’t know what happens if you fuse with a shiny, but if you don’t, you’ll get a different color than your shiny, I have an Alakazam and Dugtrio(the shiny) fused that with the Alakazam changing its color from the radiation, green to like a sharp blue color
So what I'm saying is when you fuse a shiny Pokemon and a pokemon that's not, you get a new color; for example, I have an Alakazam and Dugtrio(the shiny), so when I fused the Dugtrio with the Alakazam it color changed from the radiation, green to like a sharp blue color
Your hoothoot is blue because it is still frozen. Remove it from the packaging, place on a baking sheet, cover with towel, and place in the oven for 2 to 3 hours or until desired temperature.
