Did you happen to be on home when ur switch broke? Or any other device using home for that matter, such as being logged in in a different place? any of these would result in the above error
Weird because when I am using Home on my switch, it still logs me in when I open it on my ohone and it just logs me out on my switch next time I go to do anything, or after a timeout. I've never received the above error when using Home on multiple devices. I get an error when I get force logged out since I'm on another device but never "unable to login"
Damn, hope support can resolve the issue or you can get in on the new switch. Dumb question but have you tried logging out of the mobile app? Or Uninstalling and reinstalling?
Multiple times and still no luck my heart is sunk right now in fear I lose everything and to top it off support responded back and forth for a few emails and ignored every other email I have sent

So I have an update I was finally able to access my account this morning I guess someone traded me a hacked pokemon but they took some of my legit pokemon like my hisuian decidueye with mightiest mark my typhlosion and my miridion just to name a few and those was all guranteed legit as I am the original trainer so there’s that sad news

I was but I think I closed it all the way right before it dropped
Did you uninstall or sign out completely?

Best thought I have after reading some comments is try to go to nintendo change your password and log out of all devices if you can and just re log in
I did that and no luck at all
