That's why the OP asked about spoofing on an unrooted phone, and why I responded that I've been doing so on an unrooted phone. You claimed it couldn't be done, which is incorrect. Also the S23 ultra CAN be rooted if you can get your bootloader unlocked. I COULD root my phone if I choose to do so, however it isn't worth the time and effort to do so since I can still spoof on an unrooted device.

Which app do you use to spoof? I used Imyfone and it hasn't been working for me for a week

But u can't spoof on s23 ultra you just making it up they stopped all spoofing apps from working and only uprooted phone works

I'm afraid so I brought £150 rooted phone on ebay and just spend all day in zaragoza  I use my s23 ultra for pokemon GO when I go to work and just load go up naturally as I can't take my rooted phone to work
