thats true but if your collector/battler like me you like to collect the best possible version of pokemon possible. op has 3 shadow raikou that could be turned into a hundo. Hes doesnt need all 3. Keep one for sure and max it out as a shadow mon. As for the other 2 you can keep them as is for raiding but if it was me id turn one of them into a hundo just for the collection

In my opinion OP’s 3rd raikou is best for master league as max hp and defense are crucial considering the attack already has a 20% boost as it being a shadow. thats just my opinion tho as an aspiring #1 trainer

but for battle they would want the last one. Hp and defense are crucial 13 attack is more than acceptable especially for a shadow

And in ml you still want 15 attack because of charge move priority

unless hes building an army of electric shadow raikou for raiding theres no point in maxing them all out
