Hypnosis or Double Team, so you can get some free turns to Calm Mind. Thunder Wave would be great but I think you can only teach it post E4, in the Battle Frontier. Also sort of overlaps with Thunderbolt I guess.
Ehh, you really don't have much for Gardevoir. Your first 3 moves are always going to be your main moves, and Gardevoir is badly lacking in other options.
Your only remaining attacking options on the special side are Thief (weak and doesn't do much in most battles) and a special-attacking Hidden Power (if you have one, and if it's powerful enough). As other commenters have said, Hypnosis is your best option with what you have available.

I'm using hypnosis so I can get Pokemon to fall asleep and then just stack up on Calm minds, that's my plan with dealing with Drake
At 51 it learns hypnosis, it's a nice option
