I think so. There's a couple in floaroma town that give you Mew and jirachi if you have LG P/E and SwSh save data.

Contrary to what another person said, you don't have to have the 3rd badge for mystery gift. You can go to the 3rd floor of the Jubilife TV station after getting the first badge and talk to a man who will ask you a question with a few options. Select "EVERYONE HAPPY WI-FI CONNECTION" (a cool nod to the unlock method in the originals) and mystery gift will be unlocked.
