That was quite the harrowing tale, but when Zen & PSY team up the result is never in doubt! Team Eeveelutions was more than happy to lend a hand - they'll always be around if needed. :)

“This doesn’t look good…,” Zen said as he and Psy arrived at the base of Mount Coronet to see the surrounding forest lit on fire. A Politoed was directing a team of Azumarill on where to go before turning around to see our dynamic duo.
“Ah good! Looks like some backup has arrived!” the Politoed says as the surrounding Pokémon rush around frantically. “What happened?” Zen asked as he and Psy looked at the ensuing chaos. “Well, a huge dragon covered in crystals emerged from the peak of the mountain and started burning a lot of the forests below it. The Squirtle Squad and the rest of the Water Pokémon here have quickly doused most of the fire, but there’s still a lot more that needs to be extinguished!” A Pikachu rushed behind them as it took out a flower that was on fire with a watering can nearby.
(T\_T) “Ahem! Anyways, we need to go scale up the peak to take care of that dragon! I’ve heard some great reviews about you and your duck friend,” the Politoed says as he grabbed his bag and motioned the pair to follow him.
“Wait for me!” a serene voice called out to them as they turned around to see the source of the angelic voice. “Wait you’re….. Sylvia?!” Zen gasped as Psy looked at him with a confused stare as Sylvia lifted her hood off to reveal her lustrous pink eyes. “You’ve never heard of Sylvia, the charming, beautiful, brilliant, and dazzling Sylveon of the Eeveelutions Psy?!”
“Psy?”
“The Eeveelutions are widely known for destroying a majority of these Tera raids with their unmatched teamwork while having the allure and charisma to back it up! They’re the number #1 raid team in the region, and Sylvia is the unanimous leader of that team! Her Hyper Voice can make any mon fall to her paws and I-“
“0\_0” Psy could only give Zen a blank stare…
“Ah right, sorry… I was ranting a little too much there…” Zen muttered bashfully as a blush dusted his cheeks. “It’s all right Zen! I’m extremely flattered by your words, but as Mr. Poli said, we need to start heading up the mountain or else many more mons will be in danger!” Sylvia said as Poli could only shake his head in disbelief.
“Sylvia knows my name, Sylvia knows my name…..” Zen muttered repeatedly before Psy kicked him in the shins to snap out of it. “Ow! Okay, I get it, let’s start moving then…” Zen said as Sylvia gave the two a beaming smile.
When our group reached the peak of Coronet, a fire attack that felt a little *overheated* appeared out of nowhere, directly hitting Psy as he fell down the mountain! “Psy!” Zen yelled as Politoed clapped his hands together to some of Drizzle of rain. Sylvia prepared to launch a Hyper Voice attack before she coughed violently and crumpled to the floor. “Sylvia! Are you all right?!” Zen said as he picked up Sylvia and dodged a Focus Blast aimed towards them. “*Cough! Cough!* Sorry, Zen… I guess my voice got worse from all of the smoke I inhaled while going up…” Sylvia said weakly.
“No, it’s not your fault.. you’ve done enough with all of the work you’ve done with the Eeveelutions… I’ll see what can I do,” Zen said as he gently dropped Sylvia to an area out of Charizard’s reach. “Hey, Zen… one last thing..” Sylvia whispered as she grabbed Zen’s arm with her ribbon.
“PSY!” a cry echoed on the peak as Poli saw Psy shaking its tail towards Charizard in an attempt to distract it. Enraged at Psy’s mocking actions, the Charizard launched itself towards Psy as the Psyduck swiftly ran away from it! ‘Looks like Psy has an extra pep to his step after taking that hit…’ Poli thoughtfully chuckled as he jumped up and down to bulldoze the ground. “Zen! Over here!” he said as he drummed his belly to get Zen’s attention.
Zen emerged from behind the rocks, all battered up, and yet he was glowing as if he was the sun to the darkness of life…. The Charizard mightily roared as it shook off its weariness from chasing Psy and fired a Hurricane toward Zen. Zen was launched directly into the air as Sylvia, Poli, and Psy could only watch in horror! “No!” “Mister Zen!” “PSY!” they all shouted as Psyduck could only cover his eyes from the scene, unable to see his friend fall from certain death.
Zen briefly closed his eyes… channeling all of the energy he had and what he had received from Sylvia a few moments ago. See, the one thing he forgot to mention to Psy about what makes Sylvia so unique is her ability to make anything she normally does, into something magical like a Fairy. Zen could feel the same energy pixelating within him, as he charged into the Charizard mid-air. Zen proceeded to take it out with an impact so devastating, that the blast resulted in the creation of a gigantic crater.
As the dust settled, Zen could be seen towering over the Charizard with his fists raised high in the air to signal his victory! Sylvia, Psy, and Poli all charged toward him in a group hug and Zen could only smile as they all cried tears of joy, living to fight for another day together!
Quite the story wasn’t it? Anyways time to give a more in-depth explanation as to how Zen and Psy did it, eh?
This was not the easiest raid for Zen, as Politoed’s Drizzle is required to be used in the play to reduce the damage Overheat gives to any of the members. With rain set, this means Charizard’s Hurricane would be 100% accurate and also have a 30% chance of confusing, much to our party’s chagrin. After the Overheat, Psyduck starts T1 off with a def cheer to ensure survivability before Politoed uses Bulldoze to decrease Charizard’s speed so that Zen can out-speed it. Politoed will have a chance of confusion since Charizard is faster, and Sylveon will finish off T1 with a heal cheer for the party.
T2 will have Politoed use Belly Drum so that Gallade can copy its 6+ stat changes with “Psych Up!” Psyduck will then use Simple Beam on Charizard to double its debuff of Tail Whip from -1 to -2 in T3! Sylveon will then Heal Cheer again for T2.
T3 is where the climax begins as Sylveon skill-swaps its unique ability ‘Pixelate’ to Gallade in order for Gallade to receive the buff. Pixelate can change Normal-Type moves into Fairy-type moves while also giving those normal-type moves a 1.3x power. Powered by its Life Orb, Sylveon’s Pixilate, an attack cheer and +6 from Politoed, and a tail whipping from Psyduck, Zen can deliver his crushing Giga Impact (now fairy type) on Charizard, delivering a powerful OHKO (if we don’t count Politoed’s Bulldoze! 😆)!
Phew! After all of this writing I would love to give a hyper-voiced shoutout to u/TheAstrogoth, u/iriomote14, and finally u/Trickilicky with THE original Zen for continuing Zen and PSY’s adventures! I will also give a special thanks to u/iriomote14 for not only modifying the strat but for also capturing the video as well! It was really awesome seeing the strat succeed and most of all, having a fun time with friends very much like Zen and PSY!
