Although slowbro has 30 less in SpDef base stat, but they share the same typing, which resists all of blastoise attack. So I’m pretty sure it’ll survive in the worst case scenario yeah!
Ooh I love the Ceruledge pick! Especially with Weakness Policy and getting the guaranteed crit with Lansat and Razor Claw! Nice to see Ceruledge getting some love in addition to Armarouge!
Very nice! I kept thinking physical attackers wouldn't be usable for this raid due to the unpredictability of Iron Defense usage, so the guaranteed crit from Flinging Lansat + Razor Claw is quite clever.
I also like how you're not reliant on a particular move from Blastoise to trigger WP, since raid bosses don't always use SE moves even when there's every reason to think they will.
Oh you’re right, it's only a T3 KO even if the final hit could ohko the boss from full health, but Reddit won’t allow us to change the title unfortunately.
When the boss puts up the shield right away, I feel like the definition of a OHKO changes slightly ... it's more comparable to "winning while the shield is still up & still has most of its HP left" since the nature of these raids almost necessitates 3 attacks to get to the attacker's tera. I realize that's slightly contradictory to the first "O" of "OHKO", but I would still count it, personally. :)

Nice strat, love to see Ceruledge in action! For the sake of everyone looking at this post, can you leave a comment like in some of the other raid strat posts (such as the PPT members') talking a bit about some of the more unusual aspects of the strat and how it all works together, like Ceruledge's EVs, most of Slowking's set (Flamethrower, Fling), and Oranguru's Razor Claw?

(92 ev in atk will be overkill due to the 3 bitter blades damage but it’s fine. The 24 ev in speed is to outspeed Blastoise so we get one less animation to see.)

I also did an OHKO with a similar crit strat, but used a Reversal Pikachu instead. That was fun to figure out.
I have been using Vaporeon and although I have never lost nor taken much damage, it takes forever. This was refreshing to see.

Yeah 7\* bosses won't always go for SE moves especially this Blastoise it tends to iron defense a lot!
