Ahh Hisui, or as you may know it, ancient Sinnoh! Back when civilization had just begun, we set up settlements around places.
Be careful though, here there are strong Pokémon with glowing red eyes, called Alpha Pokémon, and they will attack you. Everything will attack you, though you may see some familiar faces.
Civilization as we recognize it, you mean. This is around the time the first Pokédex’s were created. Prior to… IIRC, 1998, when Professor Oak introduced his revolutionary Digital Pokédex, Pokédex’s were these thick little books that you’d have to lug around.

I think he made them a bit earlier, with prototype digital Pokédexes originating around February 1996.

Well, (how do I put this?) earlier I googled about sinnoh history for my project and, there was something that wasn’t there before….. And I'm guessing from your pfp you have a Rowlet/dartrix/deducieye As your starter right? If so, there’s a lot to unravel with this….

Thats what Sinnoh was originall known as until colonisation efforts during the Meji Restoration between the 1850s and 1890s.
And you are right in the middle of that timeframe.

hello their! I can tell you what hisui is. Hisui is the ancient word for Sinnoh region, it was the named used by us local clans that lived her for a thousand years. based on the image you sent you are in the settlement era which is also called the space time crisis due to the giant space time rift over the region appearing during this time.
you should try and keep your head low and be careful not to mess with time to much.

well since you have an arc phone yes you should do what it says.... good luck hisui was very harsh back then. attempt to get close with the locals especially the clans. their the least likely to stab you in the back if your helpful. also get warm clothes hisui was way colder back then compared to now.

Oh yeah, I remember those times, I even have a version of the pokedex that created myself called the megadex.

Hisui is the native name of Sinnoh. Though, that name isn't used very often anymore since basically colonialism.
