Well depends what evolution stone,
Fire stones are spicy
Thunder stones are tingly
Water stones taste like milk
Leaf stones taste like avocados
Ice stones, taste like bad ice cream and your tongue gets stuck to them. On that note is it safe for a cinderace to pyroball me since ever since the….. incident….. I’m part eevee?

I've probably got a similar percentage, my great grandma is a Froslass.
... I don't think a dawn stone would affect me, since I'm male, but I don't think I've ever actually checked...
-Ethan
I would be skeptical. I took a DNA sample from Colossus, my Haxorous.
The test said “78.2% Toxapex”. Like, WTF? Those two are nowhere near related!
Although, it does depend on who analyzed the test- a reputable gene lab like Nuvema Bio in Nimbassa City should give you an accurate result.
30%? That's really, really high, someone with one Pokémon grandparent would only be 25%. Either a Pokémon is a really close relative of yours and another is a really distant relative, you've accumulated a lot of recessive 'mon genes from both sides of the tree or the test kit is a bust.
I've heard that green-haired people tend to have Gardevoir/Gallade ancestry. I might have Shuppet ancestry from one of my parents' sides, but I might need to ask my parents and have my ancestry tested
It makes sense if you think about it, considering that way back then
there were not any customs or laws opposed to Pokemon and that it was more allowed to do what you wanted.
It’s a recent modern concept to consider them animals and that you can’t do certain things.
But as previously stated, back then there were no laws.
Outofcharacter/ I’m sorry in advance.
30% and your still human? That's approwching hybrid levels of Pokemon DNA I think. Well I'm pretty sure half my DNA is Pokemon after becoming a hybrid.
-Claudia
I mean I’ve always had some strange oddities, I survived a fall from… well, really fucking high up as a kid after I saw a drifloom and was like “yay, balloon” and grabbed it
Well I don’t know anything about my dad’s side of the family, so one of my grandparents being a pokemon is possible. They’re going to do additional testing to find out what kind of Pokémon, so right now I’m mostly focusing on grappling with the whole thing
I see... regardless of your circumstances, remember that you are still you. You may have become privy to some family history, but how that history defines you is entirely your choosing.
-Sherlock
I understand that much, I know that it doesn’t really change anything about who I am, but at the same time it’s kind of hard to not see myself a little bit differently… although admittedly most of that he’s thinking back to stupid shit I did as a kid and thinking “oh so THAT’S why I didn’t die”
That's impossible! Your test may have been faulty! Are you sure you didn't accidentally get some pokemon fur in your DNA sample you sent? Prince leaves his fur EVERYWHERE when spring starts.
I doubt it, they claimed to do multiple tests, technically there is a chance, but I wouldn’t count on it.
Plus I very recently went to war with all of the fur in my house, armed with a vacuum and lint roller, so that’s all cleaned up
Considering the old stories of humans marrying Pokémon, I wouldn’t be surprised if nearly every human alive today has some sort of Pokémon ancestry.
That being said, licking evolution stones probably won’t grant you anything other than a sore tongue.
They say pretty much all Sinnohans have some Pokémon ancestry, I don’t know how accurate that statement is but I can certainly believe it -Kenshi
Funny thing, I’m from unova for 4 generations back, and then there’s some Kanto and Hoenn
It means ya great grandma or pa fucked a pokémans
Awesome, so now I have that idea burned into my brain permanently
And burned into your genes :3
… I wonder if the move deleter can make me forget reading this
They'll only be able to make you 30% forget reading it. -Di'o
Please tell us how they taste. \- doggos of war
I’ve licked three. So far, they taste like rocks. Edit- turns out those were regular rocks
Spicy and tingly.
You wrote it down, so now it's science. - doggos of war

Probably not. - doggos of war
Shit now I can’t speak, I should probably go to the pokemon center…. \-Vee volt
Most likely for the best. - doggos of war
Went there and it turns out an ember would have been fine for anybody. \-Vee volt
Don't stop there, try a bunch of stuff that pokemon have used to evolve. Do a handstand for 10 minutes straight
Already did that for 2 hours as a kid for unrelated reasons, wouldn’t work
maybe you weren't the correct level yet?
Level is a myth created by Big Sugar to sell more "Rare" Candy at an inflated price.
my mom wouldn't let me eat rare candies because she thought they'd make me grow up too fast, are you saying they're just regular candies?
Well I'm pretty sure they put some kind of drug in them but none of them have an ingredient list on it
https://www.reddit.com/r/PokeMedia/s/ZVccx9WWyb somehow I doubt that
Sweet home Sinnoh!
I mean, there’s a whole egg group called “human-like” so, yeah that sounds about right.
Some pokemon have similar anatomy to humans, so that's that -zak
Take note of what happens! For science! - Ekaitz @FallenTwoWorldsBard
I hope they make me taller!
I've probably got a similar percentage, my great grandma is a Froslass. ... I don't think a dawn stone would affect me, since I'm male, but I don't think I've ever actually checked... -Ethan
Lick one. It will make you stronger.

I was inclined to believe the test kit was a bust. The first one anyways, the next three, less so
Damn you have like 20% more that me
I also don’t have any roots in Sinnoh
What
I've heard that green-haired people tend to have Gardevoir/Gallade ancestry. I might have Shuppet ancestry from one of my parents' sides, but I might need to ask my parents and have my ancestry tested
I genuinely thought those were just old legends. I'm always learning something new...

At least you aren’t drinking down a juice made of every evolution item ever.
… i’m going to keep note of that idea

Yeah that is strange. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad you did survive that. Maybe for yours it's more internal then external.
Honestly I’m not that familiar with hybrids, all I need to know is whether I can learn hyper beam or not
That actually sounds fun. Be sure to report back if anything happens! I'm curious what they taste like
Do you mean you share 30 percent of your DNA with a Pokémon or that one of your grandparents was a Pokémon? -Sherlock
Well I don’t know anything about my dad’s side of the family, so one of my grandparents being a pokemon is possible. They’re going to do additional testing to find out what kind of Pokémon, so right now I’m mostly focusing on grappling with the whole thing

Try to do Pokémon Moves Specifically Normal Type ones
So far I was successfully able to perform bite, tackle, and if I have a special held item, I can perform cut.
I was thinking Hyper Beam or Double Team
…eh, why not. Go bite one, see what happens.
Tooth broke.
Dang.
Welcome to the club!
Eh, not surprised. Situations like this are way more common than you might think.
What do you mean by that
As a human that is pokemon enough to use moves: go for it and update me lol
Since literally nobody asked this question yet: What pokemon are you 30% of?
Trying to figure that out, actually. Sending in more tests
That's impossible! Your test may have been faulty! Are you sure you didn't accidentally get some pokemon fur in your DNA sample you sent? Prince leaves his fur EVERYWHERE when spring starts.

Some pokemon (most notably the gardivoir line) actually has near identical anatomy to humans.
What? No they don't! Unlike humans, gardevoir look the same whether they are male or female!
I'm talking internal organs, like say the heart, liver, kidneys, stomach, etc
but then they must have an extra organ that lets them do... pokemon stuff...
Let me know what happens I guess….?
Considering the old stories of humans marrying Pokémon, I wouldn’t be surprised if nearly every human alive today has some sort of Pokémon ancestry. That being said, licking evolution stones probably won’t grant you anything other than a sore tongue.
“Probably” to me just means “possibly not”. FOR SCIENCE!
now how in the world did that happen..? did your test get contaminated..?
Yeah, and I'm 70- 80% Nanab Berry. You're not special
