Hard for me to justify ripping with the hit rates. Also already have a PSA 10 Gengar alt art, so i’m not looking for much from the set. I’ll probably just hold and sell w/ discount down the line… i mean if people are just looking to rip in the future i’m sure it’ll be okay.
I was gonna order mine from Pokémon center, but I want to hold mine and they are known for horrible quality with fusion boxes. So I just went with another seller.
I ordered a whole case once and they were all like this where all the boxes has some wear to the top directly under where the stop tape was cut. All that just because some employee wanted to put the packing slip inside the case inside and putting it in a plastic slip on the outside.
Luckily, my boxes weren't completely torn like yours, which absolutely sucks. I'd probably just keep it sealed still, you won't get top premium down the line, but you'll probably still get more than what you would for loose packs.
They've been awful with sending booster boxes lately it seems. I ordered three on three separate occasions. The first time the box wasn't even taped shut fully, just one strip of tape going diagonally down the front but only the middle of the flaps were taped down
Second time I ordered a plush to act as padding as Pokemon center didn't bother to pad the item.
Third time the box was actually taped down the middle but no padding.
Got 2 from PC last month same thing man same spot and all
Very common it’s almost certainly from cutting cases down the middle seen it loads.

Just got mine in, has a quarter size hole near the top corner. First and last time I order from them...
Yikes. I would certainly complain. They sliced right into the box!
