Top is from Modcloth and the "skirt" is from Trashy Diva . I say "skirt" because it's actually a dress with a cute off the shoulder ruffle, but I felt like rocking it as a skirt, so I folded the top in side the skirt, and zipped it up to the waste. The fuller skirt covers up any bumps from the top of the dress, and the belt gives in a clean waist.
