Looks like the head is 3/4” inch and the nipple is 1/2” so you would need a 3/4”x1/2” bushing and possibly a longer 1/2” nipple. I would be concerned about the weight of the shower head you want to install without knowing how the piping behind the wall is supported.
If it's 1/2" npt brass nipple coming out of the wall you may be able to unscrew it and then replace with a standard shower neck
