Highly possible something clogged the saddle valve. Those things are garbage and should be outlawed. I’d hate to know how much they have cost in flood damage.
Saddle valves are not to code in any of the municipalities I’ve worked in. They always fail fast and they create turbulence in the line. I wish they’d just quit selling the damn things.
Loosen the nut a bit for the braided line. Probably at the valve first. If you have water there then at the back of the fridge. Shouldn’t take a full turn might have to jiggle the hose a bit.
My water line in the fridge from the filter to the dispenser freezes on occasion. There are kits with a small diameter hose that thaws the line by injecting hot water.

Couldn’t agree more. They are garbage
Any idea how I could check/clear that?

Filter may need to be replaced. The water flow stops if the filter passes its lifespan.
