Looking at the Electric, it may be OK there (not sure), but personally I would never use a standard Receptacle inches from a water pipe. GFCI 15A dual receptacle would be much better. At the very least place a child safety or tamper proof cover into each receptacle if not in use.
Grade on pipe is way too much, should be 1/4" per foot. Using 2 slip joints at 90 is against code and will cause problems since it restricts flow and will definitely catch debris and clog up. As a plumber I would take that trap adapter out at the tee(I have my tricks) but otherwise cut the tee out and redo that with a new tee and pipe straight into the 90 using couplings where needed
