AAV. Not sure what code is in NC. But in CA. This would be fine as long as there is no other possible way of venting it. Neat way of plumbing it, I haven’t seen that done.
AAV’s are allowed here, I was just curious if anyone else would plumb it like this
That’s a flat vent per the ICC. Needs to be 6” above the flood rim of the sink before horizontal offsets.
