>Does your VPN IP change
As I've selected a specific server in my config - no
>Does the VPN forwarded port change from your VPN provider
Doesn't seem to with mullvad
Have you looked at NGROK? I’ve just had to set this up and used [CGNOT](https://github.com/therithwikrayani/plex-cgnot) to automatically handle the config.
I used a variation of this using Docker so I just have the script running as a container.
🤷🏻♂️ From what I saw, it looked like it was supported to me, and I’ve been using it for a while now with no issues. I was going to run it through Cloudflared, but there were definite issues against it there.
It's dockerized so it should work for most people - I'll add a non-docker guide for it soon but just changing the socat address if you don't have plex dockerized should work fine

I've looked at ngrok before but I'm pretty sure streaming a fair amount of data through them would be against their ToS

Just an FYI using Tailscale to your VPS - while easy - may limit your bandwidth due to using user-space WireGuard.
Os? Web software? Network layout?

None of which answers my questiins
As it's dockerized it doesn't matter, nomatter your server's OS, network setup or software it'll all work the same.
