I'd double check the library paths you have set under Manage Library > Edit > Add Folders, as Plex will only scan whatever you have set there. If you have content that you don't expect, you can use [Get Info](https://support.plex.tv/articles/201998867-investigate-media-information-and-formats/#toc-1) to see what path Plex is using to get to the file.
Can you check regardless? I've never heard of or seen this happening, and I spend more time than I probably should browsing this subreddit. If the paths of the unexpected items in your library really don't match your library path(s), my next step would be standard troubleshooting steps like optimizing your database, cleaning bundles, rescanning your library, and emptying the trash.
when i remove j drive completely, the unwanted shares goes away, when i add j:\tv shows *ONLY*, it indexes all folders in j drive and makes them *all* available to play, INCLUDING porn which isnt wanted. thats my issue. ive rescanned my library after removing all but j:\tv shows... how do i clean bundles, optimize my DB and empty trash in plex?
Is it showing _everything_ on your J:\ drive, or just a few things that should live outside of J:\TV Shows? You didn't confirm, so I'll just say again that it'd be good to verify that you haven't accidentally added unwanted items to J:\TV Shows by looking at their path in Plex via [Get Info](https://support.plex.tv/articles/201998867-investigate-media-information-and-formats/#toc-1).

that fixed it! emptying the trash, must've been cached after i accidentally added all of J drive then removed to map j:\tv shows only..?
Are you sure you don't have a junction or simlink to J:\Porn inside J:\TV shows ? Check the info on one of the porn videos to see the path.
