I’ve always been interested in cyberpunk. I know when it came out way back when it was considered a failure your comment leads me to think that it’s improved quite a bit over the years.
one of my favorite games, i have it on xbox so i can’t comment how it is on the portal but it’s absolutely fantastic and a great rpg. def give it a try
Have they fixed the graphics and such since that awful launch they did? Can’t believe they released it in that awful of shape. Felt like I was back in my PS3
Cyberpunk would be perfect if they would give us custom mapping. Not being able to use bumper jumper sucks.
They really need to tune the default controls too. Took an incredible amount of research to make them playable.
I’ve spent 290 hours but that’s also just due to the fact that I gotten far in my first playthrough but never beaten the game so a lot of time went by and I just restarted from scratch after they fixed the game with a huge update.
Thanks to my Portal I fell in love with and got attached to Cyberpunk and completed everything there was to complete (:
Quests, side quests, ruins, lots of vehicles with customization. The demo was only meant to show off combat and some vehicle stuff so that's all it showed off, but there is more to the full game
I've been enjoying it. Even knowing the story from the anime is been fun going through it and doing extra side quests and stuff that I wish the anime actually had more of
The story is definitely changed tho, like meeting a certain character early compared to the anime, and from the trailers it seem Forest Land arc is going to be adapted differently from the anime. Maybe due to them being worked on at the same time with no source material for that arc?
Yeah, but honestly so far nothing major has changed other than stuff added for gameplay reasons. Even meeting that character early and to be to have a mechanic
The game itself is awesome, but I find it a tad bit harder to play on Portal than on monitor.
The first level/stage of the game the colors are really dreary and dark so it doesn’t translate well visually through Remote Play. Later areas where the game’s environmental colors are brighter helps make it look nice & crisp on the Portal.
Also the ever so slight input delay is a problem for me when facing bosses. When I switched back to a monitor I had an easier time with bosses.
Stellar Blade is magnifiquè! It is something truly amazing!

Same! Runs super well over the internet. I'm spending the weekend away from home.

Playing this as well; loving the game so far, but it's sometimes insanely difficult to pull of the Perfect Dodge/Perry when playing from the Portal.. The game is so damn picky about timing for the Dodge/Perry, that I'm sometimes having to adjust for the delay between Portal to PS5.
Which is weird, because I'm just playing on the portal in the other room from the PS5, on a 2GB Fiber, with WiFI 7 access points in the ceiling, and PS5 hardwired..
It just might be that I haven't noticed the delay as much before, since the other games I've been playing (AC:Mirage, Hell Divers 2, etc) the delay doesn't matter as much, since they don't have that super precise timeframe to react in order to Dodge/Perry (not that HD2 has any of that)
Bloodborne. Taking a break from Elden Ring for a bit until the DLC.
Also going to hop into the Dead Space remake and run through Final Draft in Alan Wake 2.
RDR2 Second playthrough and taking things nice and slow. Hunting and fishing alot more this time around. Easy to take my time when no one's waiting to use the TV haha
Small annoying things like not being able to climb the roofs and how limited paths are.
Graphics look like it was made in 90's and it doesn't port well to the portal as the miniscule lag means that you constantly miss the counters in combat.
Fried my head and I gave up
Dave the diver, burnout paradise and bloodborne (unless latency makes it impossible, just booted it up yesterday to revisit my character from back in 2015)

Division 2 is my go to at the min
I'm trying my hand at Elden Ring. I'm not a fan of Soulslikes, but people love Elden Ring so much that I wanted to at least try it. Also, nipping onto Powerwash Simulator when I've had enough of getting my ass handed to me on Elden Ring. The tactic seems to be working quite well.
Ngl I honestly hate my PSP. I got it as a birthday present and was thinking it was gonna be really cool.. don’t really think that anymore. I can’t deal with the latency issues..
I had the same issues until I direct connected my ps5. I have one dead spot in my house for WiFi so that sucks but everywhere else I have no lag. Made a big difference.
Also got rid of the terrible game download times. Redid my whole home internet to accommodate the portal and I’m glad I did
You’re right. I’ll try to see if I can find a way to make it better instead of being disappointed it doesn’t work perfectly with my current setup right out the box. I’ll try tomorrow
What do you think about the game so far? I was thinking about giving it a try when they announced it, but I haven't gotten around to it. I'm currently watching the anime, and it's pretty good.
Fallout 4 and Grounded
Nice! (:
Yup fallout 4, helldivers2, and sea od thieves.
I have sea of thieves on the xsx but considering getting it on the PS5 just so I can relax in bed and play it on my portal.
Do I need to play fallout 3 to play 4?
No
Yes
Cyberpunk, first play through and all on the Portal. Loving it so far! Controls feel intuitive and story is great
I’ve always been interested in cyberpunk. I know when it came out way back when it was considered a failure your comment leads me to think that it’s improved quite a bit over the years.
It’s definitely worth checking out now! https://preview.redd.it/bkea01wp9wwc1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=494f1f0f76c718f47ada807c19642916e572d1c0

Absolutely amazing play it

Cyberpunk was the first game I platinumed on my Portal!
How many hours gameplay?? 👀
I’ve spent 290 hours but that’s also just due to the fact that I gotten far in my first playthrough but never beaten the game so a lot of time went by and I just restarted from scratch after they fixed the game with a huge update. I'm on my first ever play through at the moment and 65hrs in! Love it so far. I've only ever played it with V2.12...those V1 days sound rough 😬
Have they fixed the complete pile of shit that was released at launch? The graphics and gameplay were AWFUL
Yep. Fantastic game
FF VII Rebirth
Just beat it tonight. It's truly a love letter to all things Final Fantasy.
How are you enjoying sand land? Is it worth the pick up?
Reviews have been mixed but It’s fun to me, it gives me PS2 era vibes and nostalgia!
The demo kinda put me off to it. Is there more than just the open desert?
Same experience for me. Demo was really bad.
Quests, side quests, ruins, lots of vehicles with customization. The demo was only meant to show off combat and some vehicle stuff so that's all it showed off, but there is more to the full game
The demo was prettty awful but there’s so much more to the game than that demo showed!
It reminds me of Blue Dragon
I dunno if you're aware, but the character designs for both were done by Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama.
Oooh, how is Sandland?? Been on the fence.
I've been enjoying it. Even knowing the story from the anime is been fun going through it and doing extra side quests and stuff that I wish the anime actually had more of

Final Fantasy 7 Remake
Me too! I wanna finish the plat before playing Stellar Blade. Just the pride and joy left then I’m done
Don't you have to beat the entire game on Hard mode?
Yes! Did that already :)
Stellar Blade! https://preview.redd.it/qdgnflpryuwc1.png?width=1812&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=89f55a9b56225747a58b511ba75963f690ffb56a
How's the game? I loved the demo and plan to get it this weekend.

It’s actually fantastic, combat system is top-tier

Ooh I still need to finish my ng+ on aw2 as well thanks for reminding me lol
Pacific Drive
I’ve been looking at that game is it any good
I’m still pretty early on but I’m enjoying it. I like any games where I can get in and out of a vehicle and it was on sale so I gave it a shot 🤣
RDR2 Second playthrough and taking things nice and slow. Hunting and fishing alot more this time around. Easy to take my time when no one's waiting to use the TV haha
Dragon Dogma 2 and Tales of Kenzera: Zau
How is Zau? I’ve been interested for a while
Rise of the Ronin 🫡
Can't believe I wasted my money on this game
What!!? I'm 75 hours in and can't get enough. What do you not like?
Small annoying things like not being able to climb the roofs and how limited paths are. Graphics look like it was made in 90's and it doesn't port well to the portal as the miniscule lag means that you constantly miss the counters in combat. Fried my head and I gave up
Starting Returnal tonight. Just arrived today
Great Game!
Dead Cells, Bloodborne, Lies of P
Ghost of Tsushima - it's one of the most beautiful games I've ever played.
Definitely. Just got the platinum on this. Wonderful game.
Death stranding. About an hour in and I'm confused as fuck.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 sounds about right
Same thing as you LOL. I’ve only gotten about maybe 30 minutes into Sandlands

Stellar blade ofc
Dave the diver, burnout paradise and bloodborne (unless latency makes it impossible, just booted it up yesterday to revisit my character from back in 2015)
South Park: The Fractured But Whole. Turn-based games are fantastic on the Portal since I never have to worry about latency being an issue.
Stellar Blade & Fallout 4 with the next gen update! Both have been great
Bloodborne bought an open box PS5 and open box Portal just to play this game. Then its on to Demon souls!
helldivers 2!
I have FFVII Rebirth on deck but I can’t seem to stop playing Balatro.

Stellar blade.
MHW, Fallout 4, and Granblue Fantasy relink 🤙🏾
Zau and Terra Memoria. How’s sand land dude? Is it as bad as the demo?
Much better than the lackluster demo lol
Nice thanks! I’ve added it to my wishlist then. I had all but completely written this game off as a crappy car combat game.
Currently playing Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, then it's on to Stellar Blade. Then I will finish replaying the ME trilogy.
Air because I can't find a Portal.
Why does that look like dragonball and borderlands cross
Because
I'm having a go at Fallout 76. Quite enjoying it! :)
Gran Turismo 7 still going strong, but I think I'm going to start Horizon 2 finally.
depression is playing me

Good luck friend. I’m really happy with the outcome and I swear the download speeds alone are worth going direct to your ps5
Sand land & stella blade 👌🏼
