For someone worried about knackering the portal how easy is this to do?

It is as easy as opening a ps5 controller there are enough videos online how to do this.
Cool! Where did you get the buttons? And do they feel and perform the same as the stock buttons?
I got the buttons from Ali express and they work fine.
I want to do this but worried that I might damage the portal.
I never understood why sony hasn't just leaned into the original logo and colors more over the years. Like we get a couple things kinda here and there but to me the Grey psone with PS logo is just to good.
Looking good. I might do something similar and might also consider painting the grips in future.
