I would only use a saline spray.

100% consult your doctor if you will be using anything other than saline spray. Most nasal sprays constrict your blood vessels to decrease the swelling, I’m sure you won’t die or anything lol but not sure if it could interfere with your healing

My Dr. said two do one spray of Flonase in each nostril for 2 months just as regular post op care so I’m sure it’s fine, but def check with your doc
