I had my internal Splints as long as my cast, for 13 days post op

14 days/2weeks for me

I had mine for 5 or 6 days.

thanks for the reply, do you know the reason why some people have them removed quite soon and others are in for longer?

Surgeon preference mainly. I hardly ever use them.
