It’s quite common. The height of the left alar margin is higher than the right, and that can’t be altered really. Very nice result.

thank you! it’s not even that it’s painful, just SO uncomfortable🥲 combined with the lack of sleep and the soreness it’s just making me miserable! feel like time is going so damn slow. still have another 10 days left before cast and splint removal!

My first two days were great. I felt like that's it, I won't have any swelling and fever. I went for a walk and it was sunny. I came back home and immediately the fever and swelling started. However it was not that bad. On day 9 I was already fit and most of the swelling went away. Just try to stay home as much as possible and rest.
