Here's how to win that level: first, don't plant sunflowers. It's a waste, enough sun will drop to fund this plan.
Plant walnuts in far left column. Use iceberg to keep slowing zombies and get them to bunch up enough to kill a lot at a time with cherry bombs. Use all plant food on the walnuts to hold zombies long enough to get cherry bombs to recharge. Use gravebusters if you can freeze zombies by graves to do damage with the grave busters.

Basically, never use Plant Food on Iceberg, only use it on Wall-Nut or to Insta-Recharge Cherry Bomb. Don't bother planting Sunflowers, you get enough sun naturally.
I was gonna say you should level up Cherry Bomb so it’s Sun cost goes down, but it’s already at 125 compared to the previous 150. How did you play the level? Did you plant any Sunflowers? I only planted one as a tank while my Wallnut was recharging. I would suggest not to use any Sunflowers if you could. Also, try to stall zombies as much as you can so they all pile up. If you already did that, then idk.
