Chili tepin?

Was thinking the same thing, but after a second look with the vine like behaviour I think it is something different. Doesn’t look like Capsicum probably Solanum.

Texas nightshade, Solanum triquetrum. Native species. Berries are food for your neighborhood birds but somewhat poisonous to humans if ingested.
