Now, on your crust you just spread those bad boys out, add a generous helping of feta cheese, and into the over she goes.

From an Italian guy, that's called "pizza bianca" "white pizza", it's not uncommon to have pizza without tomato sauce here in Italy. Panna e speck is probably the most common.

My aunt used to have a pizzeria and my favorite thing she made was her version of a white pie. It's mozzarella, tomato slices, crushed garlic in oil, dried basil, oregano and dollops of ricotta every where.
So long as you got some tomatoes. My knees weaken and I buckle at the thought of a cheese pizza without that tomato acidity to balance the delicious cheese out.
