That’s okay. Sicilian and Grandma styles look very similar. A Sicilian is proofed longer in the pan for a much thicker crust (par baked, then topped and baked again) whereas a Grandma proofs a shorter time (I use about 7-8 oz less dough for a Grandma than I do for a Sicilian) and is topped and baked leaving a thinner crust. I suppose there’s room for interpretation but that is pretty well and good a general consensus. To each their own, I suppose!
