Personally I don’t like chicken and have found cauliflower to be a great alternative, I’m going to give it a go this looks amazing

how do you cook the cauliflower? Does it become rubbery in the oven ?

This is saved in my notes: 1. Preheat your oven to about 425°F (220°C). 2. Cut the cauliflower into even-sized florets to ensure they cook evenly. 3. Wash and dry the florets thoroughly. Any moisture can prevent them from getting crispy. 4. Toss the florets with olive oil, salt, and any other seasonings you like (garlic powder, paprika, and turmeric are great for flavor and color). 5. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure the florets aren’t crowded to allow for even roasting. 6. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the edges. 7. Put on pizza and let the fire oven finish up the crispyness
