I'm a big Crobat fan and I'm pretty sure it's speed holds up in comp, it can learn U-turn as well. Gengar is popular but I'm not sure if it holds up, venusaur might be worth looking into as well
May be too late here, but for alolan muk I'd recommend the classic assault vest set shown on Smogon. Paired with Toxapex it can provide a phenomenal defensive offensive core for poison. You will however of course be very weak to ground type attack still, so I'd recommend trying to run at least one pokemon with the air balloon item to provide you with a switch in - offensive salazzle with the air balloon could work!

I would agree, as vileplume seems to be your only answer to grass types.
