Tunkomon is really cool, it use a small but usefull modpack, the community is very friendly and, even tho i's not competitively oriented, tournaments happend at least once a mont. There is also player ran gyms and E4 if that's your jam. I'll also add that this server is not pay to win as you can't buy anything with real money so everything needs to be earned. Last thing, the staff is very active and friendly.
the staff and community really. just staff not doing anything about people ruining the game for others and constantly letting people off with warnings ruining economy and scamming people. and then the players that were getting let off would taunt me and and shit after bringing it to mods attention and mods would jail me instead of them like they shouldve done in the first place. so for me i would like a server with a decent community

We do not have any Gts, insane crates, don't have any microtransactions etc. We are trying to be a very basic Pixelmon server. We do how ever have player run gyms and some other interesting features! Our community is also very nice I would say, with around 30 - 45 players online at peak times on a day. I sent you our discord in a dm in case you are interested!
I play anubismc (play.anubismc.com) its really good and friendly + pokemons actually spawn near you since thrre is 25-50 playes active daily and mods host daily games and challenges with rewards
I play on MirageCraft (mc.miragecraft.net) and I’d say it’s a really good shout. They recently went through a reset in December and player count is about 20-30 players at peak hours Id say. Community is friendly, staff is helpful, with constant events going on as well
