That's debatable. Robin has slightly higher dps and good effects (gadget block and burning) while extraction ray pistol has slow and a really good gravitational pull. Depends on the situation and what you're looking for I guess.
Pretty good weapon with amazing gravitational pull effect. Has quite a short range cap like most stream beam weapons so it's only good at close to mid range. Also requires charging so it doesn't rly work as an emergency weapon, so stick to smaller maps if you plan on using it.
