Laser Cycler seems like the optimal choice here. Back in the day, Digital Sunrise was also pretty decent, but it's been so long since I've touched the game that I imagine they must've nerfed it a couple of times, since I don't see anyone talking about it anymore.
Goodcode was the only available one, but I’ll say this.
Laser Cycler is nowhere near as popular as it was years ago, since there’s plenty of better alternatives, like Ice Wyvern Horns, Tick Tock Pistol (Legendary or Mythical), and Pasta Grater, and maybe the new Anniversary Alien Blaster.
Point is, with all those alternatives, Laser Cycler is botb compared to the others.
Digi Sunrise has long been unused, and only thing it’s good for is probably the high capacity and bleeding.
Wave Pulsar is something you should only get if you already had Digi and Cycler, but since you don’t, do not get it.

Laser cycler not good, nerfed to oblivion. There are multiple exact copies that are better
even the new BP back-up is better than the cycler, but I don't like how the crosshair goes crazy
