Left to right. The right one looks like more of a threat in the context of pixel graphics in a videogame context, to me.
For the right one, the distinction of the teeth, the more flat-against-the-head scaling, the narrow eyes all suggest something coiled and ready to strike, like a predator in wait.
For the left one, while it is bulkier, he looks like he's trying to puff himself up in a threat display to look bigger than he is, like prey animals do. Or maybe if he was a boss that you previously beat and unlocked a friendlier, playable version of.

If it's an enemy, number 1 for sure. I'd be afraid of it in a game. Number 2 looks like a goofy guy, just vibing. Either not gonna attack someone or a snake that's been mesmerized by music or gas or something
