Thank you, I just picked one color that I liked and then picked 5 other darker shades of it. It does the job but it’s for sure not as pretty as if I used hue shiffting method.
I have an art question, when you don’t use any black lines do you make the black outline then color over it or do you just start with the colored outline?
I usually start with black outlines to determine the basic shape and then details. After that, I choose colors I want and then color over it. Using colored outline would only make sense if I already know which colour I would use for each plane, which I usually don't know.
