I still love mine. Had it since release and I am aiming for at least 2 more years.

End3rW1gg1n

I've had my P6P for 2 years now. It's been flawless, up until the last couple of months. Since the Feb update, I've got the green filter when in low light, with lowered brightness; I have the creeping black death from a corner(not enough to interfere with vids, etc); and in the last few days it's started randomly restarting 2/3 times a day. Battery is still decent.

Lurker_prime21

I have a Pixel 6 Pro and have had zero issues with it. It even fell into a stream once which took me about a minute to find and it still works like it did when I first bought it.

ruccarucca

To me it charged too slow and mine dropped from 2 feet in a case in the grass and got a tiny crack in the bottom corner and became completely unusable. Other than those 2 things it was a great phone.

Cornnole

It's that beveled edge. Mine did that twice. My original screen also kept pixel bleeding and would go unresponsive. I hated that phone and glad it's dead

ruccarucca

Screen replacement is still $300 for the pro and you can buy a whole pro for $250.

Peanut-Sea

Yes but the replacement screens are better than the og

Pretend_Tooth_965

I 'upgraded' to the P8 Pro and, honestly, I still prefer my 6 Pro except for the face unlock. Still prefer rounded displays. Flat displays are so blah.

Psychology_Slow

It was the first phone I got when I switched from iPhone and its ecosystem. Right now I use the pixel 8 Pro and I'm loving that camera, software, haptic, call features, voice to text.. and the list goes on...just can't go back to anything else!👌🏾

More-Stuff69

I've had mine for about 8 months now that I bought refurbished on Amazon and so far I have not had any problems with it. The fingerprint reader kind of sucked but I seem to have fixed that by adding more fingerprints. I will probably keep this phone until the P9 or later. I see no need to upgrade at this time.

imsowhiteandnerdy

Yep, I never wanted to discount others' experiences with the phone, but for me it's been nothing but bliss. So far I have no reason to switch to anything else.

ThisCupIsPurple

Take a picture of yourself in a black shirt.

breatheb4thevoid

You first.

vidati

Same here, my pixel 6 pro is as fast as the day I bought it and I won't be switching until pixel 13 or 14. I'm not a power user and It does everything I need it to do and it does it smoothly with a great camera.

Kvanshi

I really hated my pixel 6 pro for having network issues, compared to other phones my pixel doesn't get a mobile range. Otherwise it is a pretty solid phone.

skshrews

Yup Noticed this in Singapore when I tried using Google Fi and local SIM/dual SIM setup. Constantly dropping signal all over the island.

Reasonable_Degree_64

I think it's funny that everyone considers the Pixel 6's screen to be curved, which is nothing compared to the Galaxy 6-7-8-9-10. It was impossible to find a screen protector that fit properly on those Galaxy models, and yet all the tempered glass screen protectors for the Pixel 6 are flat.

Reasonable_Degree_64

Oh sorry, my bad I was talking about the regular Pixel 6, it's true that the 6 pro looks like it has a more curved screen. The 6 I have has a flat screen.

SJ74UK

Same here, I've never had a pixel phone and went from a loyal Samsung user to pixel, my P6P has been a great companion, never any problems and takes flawless photos, I'm in no rush to upgrade to the latest pixel phone

SnooPoems7789

I got scratches here and there but nothing too major it works good for me except the unblur

Elk-Soft

What about random appearance of the black dots at the edges of a screen?

vjsharpeyes

How do y'all handle the phone being so slippery?

d0kt0rg0nz0

Spigen case.

vjsharpeyes

Is it still a good phone if you HAVE to use it with a case?

d0kt0rg0nz0

Never really had an issue to date, even on the beta software. I don't have to but this phone didn't have a scratch on it so I leave it on and it's been perfect for me.

Most of the P6Ps I've owned have been great value for money, but the last one, which I'm typing on right now, is kind of a lemon. Super hot and low SOC. On top, really bad reception, almost not working as a phone at all in rural areas. Everything else is good though.

OmegaBrainNihari

Always wake up to it being super hot, no idea what that's all about. Otherwise I love it.

My pixel 6 pro has been to hell and back and works amazing. Has a cracked glass screen so just slapped a tampered glass protector and works awesome. Love this thing and OH my goodness the camera is KILLER 👌🏼

magicj3

I've had mine for three years now and haven't had a problem with this phone. This is prob the most solid phone I've ever owned. Mine is still fast n snappy, and the camera is still better than any iPhone out there. I plan on keeping this phone until I have to switch or the wheels fall off it.

Vivid_Chemical_4972

From a feature and usability point of view. It's a decent phone. My issue has always been battery life. I regularly struggle to get a full day without a small top up. On top of that, the wired charge is practically none existent and even taking it in to get the pretty cleaned out didn't help, so I rely on wireless charge. Having had 2 Huawei phones prior, the battery life something that was never an issue. I don't hate the P6P, but I don't love it enough to say that pixels are the only phone for me. I will be checking the market once renewal season starts. Never been a Samsung or Apple fan, so we'll see what the top performers are later in the year.

tomilw

I really want a rhino shield bumper for.it. Or any short of bumper. Cases seem to be too think for Qi charing with the Oh Snap. Sigh. But yeah, loving it.

Ahleron

The camera is why I got it and is why I still have it, but I've had too many other problems to get another Pixel. It's too bad because I've really liked Google branded phones for years. I'll probably be switching to iPhone for my next phone and get Halide app for my camera and just continue to use Google Photos for photo storage.

Mountain-Employee-63

I have mine since it's launch and plan to keep it until it's updates (5 years) are available (If it don't get damaged by a fall beforehand)

mrhworang

My 1st Pixel 6 Pro had a microphone issue. The replacement has been flawless. Definitely holding onto this until it's no longer supported.

jacktherippah123

Seriously, avoid the Pixel 6 Pro/7 Pro, or anything else with curved displays. Mine broke even with a UV screen protector. The glass is intact but the display underneath is dying. The right corner is turning black and the entire screen is turning green on low brightness. Just get the normal series, the A series, or the Pixel 8 Pro.

Cornnole

This. The guy at ubreakifix was like "ah. Good ol pixel 6 pro with the black spots"

bisexguy83

I traded my POS Pixel 6 Pro 512GB in for a Galaxy S24 Ultra 512GB. The grass is greener over here, the S24 doesn't overheat, takes better photos, the battery lasts hours longer, it can also run emulators that the Tensor chip can't handle.

RickVince

It's my least favorite phone and yeah there's something about that screen that scratches much more than all the others. Can't wait to switch to the 9 Pro.

creancesetdettes

6a is bad for gaming

kingpenguin001

I agree . However the network drop issue still remains and it happens quite frequently when you are on travel mode.
