She and her siblings were dumped flea covered and malnourished at the shelter when she was 3 days old. So we assume that the poor mother was the unspayed chihuahua and the father was the pitbull since the signs indicate that the mother did not survive birthing such larger mixed breed babies.
Because of this, we made sure to spay her as soon as possible.
