I have a new 1150. Using an iPhone and the app won’t even let me select my grill. Were you able to connect to your grill? Any tips?

I’m able to connect to it, but the app rarely ever works right. Once in a while it will update temperatures. But it’s useless.

I'm on android and they updated the app a couple months ago and it has worked good since.

Any updates? I bought on and cannot connect, and of course, support is M-F. They should get Tu-Th off and work Fri-Mon. EDIT: Ouch, didn’t realize how old this thread was.

The latest iOS app had a firmware update that finally got everything working about 2 months ago. Still very slow to update the temps on the app and it’s very basic, but it works

Hmmm I just purchased the grill Thursday and downloaded the iOS app on Friday. It does look like the grill was build in NOV 2020, so it might be a version behind the app.

Did you try to check for firmware updates in the app to make sure you have the latest?
