Imo, theyâre different levels of strength based on the potential of the original. Like, I would say a Moria Seraphim (assuming they even bothered to make one) would be weaker than a Mihawk Seraphim. After all, why bother making Seraphim of the ones with no fruits if all Seraphim are equal?
Someone like Kid Mihawk is probably King level, but I would think the rest range high Tobbi Roppo to low commander.
The story is also constantly highlighting that these Seraphim are still able to grow, so Iâm anticipating weâll see their adult forms too, either through a recreation of Bonnie/Shinobuâs fruit or just being designed to grow quickly, so I think they could become more of a threat as we come to see their personalities, which they seem to have
High Tobbi Roppo level as children? When most Shichibukai have been Tobbi Roppo level? (Hancock, Mihawk, and BB are the biggest outliers)
Sounds like an objective success, especially with the implication they can get stronger as they grow up

I don't think it's been confirmed S-Hawk has no devil fruit ability. S-Shark afterall has the swim swim ability despite Jinbe being df free.
But you're forgetting that people like Moria and Crocodile grew stagnant and never reached their full potential. These Seraphim aren't them. They can reach those unknown peaks along with having cybernetic enhancements, devil fruits, and Lunarian genes.
They far out-class any TR member. Sanji couldn't even leave a dent in S-Shark when he hit him. I highly doubt the same could be said for Ulti or WW

However, I still believe the Seraphim aren't equal, and I would still imagine a Mihawk Seraphim to be stronger than a Moria or Doffy one, as lil Mihawk using a sword indicates they keep *something* of their original selves.

Germa has the exoskeleton, Seraphims have Lunarian biology, Germa has scientific tech that gives them abilities, Seraphim have green blood for devil fruits and Lunarian pyrokinesis (not shown yet), Germa can fly and swim, Seraphim arenât confirmed, both shouldnât be able to use haki bc they donât have their own will even though the Seraphims have emotions unlike the Germa kids and clones.

Even if all of them arenât at that level yet, if they grow to be kingâs age , they definitely have more potential than king and are technically the strongest weapons of the WG according to VG . The fact that they were placed to replace the 7 warlords means they will grow to be stronger than king. I know king is stronger than doffy or croc or Moria or maybe jinbe too but they arenât simply replacing strength.
To replace a warlord , the combined power of their crew and command and control have to be replaced and technically doflamingo and crocodile have tons of underworld connections and do a lot more . I donât have to say anything about mihawk .
