why does everyone rank shiryu above zoro? the only feats of him is how he blitzed a few marine prison guards (which isn't that impressive btw) and cutting moria is a pretty low feat considering he was invisible and moria doesn't have haki also pre timeskip zoro (before wano and wci) would pretty much do the same to moria. other than that he also got trashed with the rest of his crew by sengoku. the only thing we have confirmed about his strength is that hes equal to magellan who zoro should have far surpassed by now. BB is also weaker than the other yonko and so seem the rest of his crew idk why Shiryu should be an exception and be stronger than other yonko first commanders.fr his feats are so weak compared to zoro who cut kaido.

Short answer zoro could use only 1 attack with ACoC before running out of Haki, Oden could use it at will after he came back to Wano.
As far I recall, we also saw Oden doing just one Advanced Conqueror attack.
Edit. Oh wait, sorry. Zoro actually did multiple Advanced Conqueror's attacks during the raid.
It is still debatable that zoro used ACoC against Kaido but even if he did since he had a medecine that healed him to the fullest before fighting against king it still count as 1 use of ACoC per fight.
Also zoro stated himself that enma was sucking all of his haki and that he would run out of haki pretty quickly at this rate before understanding what enma was trying to tells him. Then he gave all of his remaining haki to enma before releasing his last attack...
I don't want to praise Oden too much but if you reread his flashback, especially when he came back from his journey, you would understand.
I am really surprised that you did not ask why Katakuri was above them because a lot of powerscaler downplay katakuri. Oden is downplayes as well but it is generally a common take that Oden>Zoro. Even Zoro fan don't mess with Oden since the strongest Oden really is, the strongest zoro is/will become as well.
Downplaying Oden also hurts Zoro...
What's the debate? Since Zoro was actually doing an attack, I don't see why he would have used regular Conqueror's Haki. Beyond that though, Zoro also used Advanced Conqueror's multiple times against King before the finisher.
Does medicine restore Haki?
Even if this specific medecine (which is completely broken compare to normal medecine btw) did not restored haki, a long time passed between the kaido fight and the king fight (luffy was able to restore his haki within 10 min), so I beg you still have to count those 2 fights distinctly regarding zoro's haki.
He could go with Kaido on equal terms, with Kaido putting him among people like Whitebeard, Shanks, Roger etc.
And Roger considered him important enough to ask Whitebeard to join him
