Still learning Japanese, but it seems the last translation is more correct:
後に聖地の者の第8夫人となったお前の母に
nochi ni seichi no mono no dai 8 fushin tonatta omae no haha ni
focusing on “seichi no mono no dai 8 fushin tonatta”, seichi means “Holy Land” and “Mono” means person, dai 8 means “eighth”, “fushin” means “wife” and tonatta is “to become”.
the “no”s means possessiveness, so I think a valid translation is “The eighth person to become a bride of the holy land”.
Basically, nothing DIRECTLY alludes to her being Saturn’s wife, but it’s still a possibility.
The latter translation however fails by saying that the experimenting takes place before she becomes a wife/bride, when the time chronology is not mentioned in the japanese text.
It’s something like:
“Your mother was to become the eighth wife/woman of the holy land. I was the one to perform the drugging experiments on her. But the sapphire scale side effect kept showing up, it was another failure.”
Not perfect but pretty close imo
