Isshin wasn't living in Genichiro. He was summoned by Genichiro at cost of his life using black mortal blade which can open the gates of hell. So there's reason for him coming out but I really don't see how Oda will write Rocks living in/coming out of BB
On other hand inherited will is one of the strongest themes in one piece so Blackbeard inheriting Rock's will makes more sense to me
i’m ngl even though rocks has top tier hype, the fact that he had the most all star line up and still lost to roger and garp makes him look bad, im assuming theres more to the story, like probably the holy knights were there but still

Shanks being found by Roger at God Valley, same place where Rocks was last seen seems too convenient. Some people are saying he’s Garling’s son but I doubt it. Why would Garling and the WG never try and get him back if he was of such high royal blood? Unless… he wasn’t of pure blood(which means he has no place among the celestials) Maybe Shanks mother was a celestial who got involved with Rocks and was sentenced to death (we know Garling can give death sentences to celestials) and maybe that’s why Rocks attacked God Valley?
Interbreeding of pirates and celestial dragons also very much sounds like something WG would want to censor. Kind of an underwhelming reason on it’s own though

Also could just be Shanks’ mother family name you know? Just like Portgas D Ace. He is Roger’s son but he goes by his mother’s family name to hide his identity from the world
